Your responsibilities

  • As an Inbound supply chain coordinator, you are part of a team of 8 professionals and you will work with our product flows from Germany to our warehouses in the region. You participate in projects to develop the supply chain and the department's workplace as we constantly strive to achieve the best efficiency. We are in newly renovated premises with good communication at Mörby Centrum, north Stockholm.

  • • Principal contact person for global supply teams in Germany
  • • Reconciling our inventory levels in the system
  • • Work on forecasting together with the marketing department
  • • Streamline the flow of goods
  • • Inventory control and inventory analysis
  • • Together with our TPL, processors and routines developed around the SC flow
  • • I have various project workers for the development and improvement of SC
  • • Maintain a high level of service to customers, both internal and external
  • • International cooperation at Scandinavian and European level

Your qualifications

  • • Some experience with SAP
  • • Driven person who completes their tasks
  • • Be able to see the big picture and at the same time the details are important
  • • Analytical ability
  • • Masters Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
  • • Post-secondary education within the supply chain
  • • Good computer skills
  • However, the most important thing is your personal ability and that you want and can develop together with us. We will be conducting interviews on an ongoing basis, but the last application date is 29 February.
