To develop and implement quality initiatives to provide excellent operations through constantly improving work processes and procedures, KPI’s, reporting and controls; implementing standard operating procedures, industry best practices and benchmarking; building and maintaining excellent customer and partner relationships; training of human capital & etc.

To implement measures to ensure adequate, timely and efficient supply of goods at the most competitive cost to end customers.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead as a subject matter expert in integrated supply chain covering Supply & Demand Planning Order fulfilment, inventory management, logistic and customer service.
  • Lead and set SCM strategy direction, drive gap analysis, identify process gap and make improvement plan
  • To continuously develop SCM strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency of local supply chain operations.
  • To manage and monitor distributor & 4PL to ensure the following: (all logistic operation are in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practice & GDP, inventory accuracy, on time delivery, customer satisfaction, shorten order to cash cycle through Direct Delivery to point of sale )
  • Monitor SCM & CS performance against key KPIs through regular reporting to the management.
  • Able to lead and design the effective and efficient Supply and Demand planning process according to Business model.
  • Communicate and work closely with Business Unit in meeting business requirement at cost and services optimization
  • Lead the inventory management in meeting market demand at the same time to manage inventory at the optimum level as per target set and take effective measure to prevent obsolescence
  • Constantly monitoring of SCM & logistic cost and take steps to meet the target set
  • Responsible for inter-company/3rd party procurement and order placing and follow through on order fulfillment
  • To ensure all logistic transaction, inbound and outbound movement of good are in compliance to rule and guideline of custom and local regulation (eg. GDP requirement)
  • Work closely with regional team to realize regional initiatives and projects
  • Manage supplier relationships effectively
  • Coach, support and mentor supply chain and CS team members, where career development and succession planning is promoted within the business unit
  • Ensure that all warehouse and distribution procedures of third-party logistics company for receiving, storage, packing, issuing and delivery for finished goods are in accordance to GMP/GDP regulations.
  • Conduct periodical warehouse audit on third-party logistics

Your qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain and Logistics Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in Supply Chain operation, Inventory planning, Warehouse and Logistic fields. Minimum 3 years in managerial position.
  • Knowledge of distribution and warehousing management in accordance to GMP and GDP requirement
  • Strong knowledge in SAP, in particular SD and MM modules
  • Strong understanding and experience in SCM core processes
  • Must be a strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution.
  • Experience in managing 3rd party logistic services provider is adding advantage.
